Overview Huon Valley Council invites tenders for the supply of facilities maintenance and trade services across its building portfolio in the Huon Valley municipal area. Scope The scope covers seven trade categories: Building maintenance Electrical Plumbing Plastering and wall and ceiling lining Painting and protective coatings Aquatic facility technical services Heating, ventilation and air conditioning Services across these categories include: Reactive repairs Make safe attendance Programmed and preventive maintenance Statutory testing and compliance certification at occupied facilities Contract Terms and Conditions Council intends to appoint one contractor for each trade category under a three year standing contract No guaranteed volume of work is provided under the standing contract Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers may tender for one or more of the trade categories.
