West Tamar Council (the Council) invites fee proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Consultants to act as lead consultant for the preparation of design drawings and associated documentation suitable for regulatory approval processes, tendering and construction of the new Legana Indoor Multipurpose Sport & Community Facility. The objective of the project is for the successful Consultant (the Consultant) to further refine the current Concept Design and to subsequently undertake architectural, structural and building services design, documentation and certification to enable planning and building approval and future construction.
