Overview The Department for Education, Children and Young People (TAS) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to superintend the Main Works and Electronic Security Systems works contracts for the new Tasmanian Youth Justice Facility. Scope The scope includes: Superintendence of the Main Works contract for the new Tasmanian Youth Justice Facility Superintendence of the Electronic Security Systems works contract for the new Tasmanian Youth Justice Facility Tender Briefing An industry pre-tender briefing session about this RFT and the procurement will be held via Microsoft Teams. Format: Virtual briefing (online only, Microsoft Teams) Date: Tuesday, 8 September 2026 Time: 2:00pm (Hobart time) Registration: Persons who wish to attend must pre-register with the Contact Officer on or before 5:00pm, Monday, 7 September 2026 (Hobart time) Instructions to Tenderers Access to some documents included in the Request for Tender will be via a dedicated Virtual Data Room. Access will be granted to tenderers upon written request to the Contact Officer, and completion of an Access Form and Confidentiality Deed.
