TasWater - Expression of Interest - Operational Support Services

Overview TasWater is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified proponents to deliver Operational Support Services, which are critical in enabling its operations teams to provide safe and efficient services across the water and sewerage network. Scope Operational Support Services include: Vacuum Excavation CCTV Inspection Traffic Management Ground Reinstatement Service Location Purpose This Expression of Interest forms Stage 1 of a two-stage procurement process to achieve a more efficient and effective delivery model for these Services. The purpose of this stage is to assess proponent capability, relevant experience, and alignment with the opportunity, and to obtain market feedback on the proposed delivery model, performance framework and commercial approach, as described in detail in Part 2. Information Requested This Expression of Interest includes the following documents: Part 1: Expression of Interest (including general conditions of EOI) Part 2: Scope of Services Part 3: Response Schedule (including Mandatory and Qualitative Criteria) Contractor Requirements Proponents must address all Mandatory and Qualitative Criteria to be eligible for consideration Instructions to Tenderers Submissions will be evaluated to identify a shortlist of proponents who may be invited to participate in Stage 2, a closed Request for Tender.
