This Tender is invited by the Issuer. The Test Analyst will play a key role in supporting incremental website releases by managing end-to-end testing services and ensuring high-quality delivery across release test cycle. This role involves working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team comprising Business Analysts, Program Architects, Project and Program Managers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver robust and reliable digital solutions. A primary focus of this role is to provide comprehensive ICT testing services for a secure digital platform, enabling the delivery of websites and portals for both public and registered users. The Test Analyst will be responsible for validating functionality across the platform while ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. The role requires strong hands-on experience in both frontend and API test automation, with a solid background in tools and frameworks such as Selenium and Java. Experience in developing, maintaining, and executing automated test suites as part of continuous integration and delivery pipelines. In addition to frontend and API testing, the Test Analyst will also contribute to validating backend platforms, including: Databases – ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency through validation and query testing Data Services – testing data processing, transformations, and service reliability Integration Platforms – verifying seamless communication between systems and other services The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of end-to-end system architecture, with the ability to identify defects across both user-facing interfaces and underlying backend systems. This role demands a proactive approach to quality assurance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile delivery environment.
