About this tender
Overview Hobsons Bay City Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to provide a building condition assessment for 218 Council buildings. Purpose A full condition audit of building assets will provide Council with the latest information on the current condition and replacement value of the entire asset class in the municipality. The audit will inform the subsequent development of a long-term capital works renewal program and a report on condition, defects, maintenance and renewal costs. Scope The scope includes: Provision of a building condition assessment for 218 Council buildings Delivery of information on the current condition and replacement value of the entire building asset class in the municipality Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced consultant with the necessary resources to undertake the building condition assessment
