What the buyer is requesting Details Mildura Rural City Council (MRCC)is seeking Tender responses from suitably qualified individuals and organisations to provide the collection, transport, and processing of electronic waste (e-waste) from MRCC’s Mildura and Ouyen transfer station sites. E-waste is defined as any electrical or electronic equipment that has reached end of life, including any item with an electrical cord or a battery. Since 1 July 2019, the Victorian Government has banned all e-waste from landfills, requiring that these items be collected separately and sent for appropriate recycling and resource recovery. Important: This tender does not include white goods (refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, etc.) as Council has an existing arrangement with a local provider for the collection and recycling of these items. ENQUIRIES: Any tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum in VendorPanel. SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the VendorPanel System.
