2028 Kindergarten on School Site (KOSS) Bundle 4

This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview This is an Advance Tender Notice issued by the Department of Education (VIC) through the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA), Kinder Infrastructure Delivery (KID) branch, advising interested parties of a forthcoming Building Works Package for the 2028 Kindergarten on School Site (KOSS) Bundle 4. This Advance Tender Notice is not the actual tender and no tender documentation is provided at this stage. Scope The VSBA intends to release Selective Tenders for a Building Works Package (BWP) as set out in the VSBA-BWP-2028KOSS-B4 document. The scope includes: Design and/or construction of the facilities within each project scope A separate Request for Tender (RFT) to be issued for each individual project or bundle as set out in the documents Approximately four tenderers expected to be invited for each RFT Eligibility Firms must be prequalified in the 'New Commercial Construction' category on the Construction Supplier Register (CSR), at the qualification level set out in the documents Information Requested Based on responses to Annexure A, the VSBA will determine which firms are invited to submit a tender for the RFT, based on the firm's experience, capability, capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.
