Overview As part of the Homes Victoria PMSC contract, BGIS Pty Ltd is seeking suitably qualified subcontractors to provide reverse cycle air-conditioning maintenance, repairs and associated works across the South Division, covering Inner Metro South, Dandenong, Frankston & Cheltenham, Morwell, and Sale & Bairnsdale. Scope The scope includes: Reverse cycle air-conditioning (RCAC) maintenance, repairs and associated works Services may be priced for one or more of the following contract areas, based on vendor coverage and capability: Dandenong, 5,096 properties Frankston & Cheltenham, 5,796 properties Inner Metro South, 4,091 properties Morwell, 2,978 properties Sale & Bairnsdale, 1,331 properties Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified subcontractors with coverage and capability across one or more of the listed South Division contract areas
