Overview Grampians Health is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Design & Construct (D&C) Contractor and Lead Consultant Team for the Gillies Street Accommodation Precinct at 302 Gillies Street North, Wendouree. Scope The scope includes: Developing the master plan and detailed design for the entire 16-unit accommodation precinct Delivering Stage 1 works comprising four (4) accommodation units Delivering a communal gathering area Delivering associated civil and landscaping works Delivering all enabling infrastructure required to support the future delivery of Stage 2 Construction of the Stage 2 accommodation units is not included in this procurement.
