Grounds Keeping Services (CHI-1159634 - Chisholm Grounds Maintenance) The EOI for Grounds Maintenance services relates to services to be delivered at Berwick, Cranbourne, Dandenong, Frankston, Mornington Peninsula, Springvale and Bass Coast Campuses. Chisholm is seeking a partnership with a quality services provider. The purpose of this invitation is to identify a shortlist of providers for Grounds Maintenance trades category to be invited to tender for the provision of fixed rate planned and responsive maintenance services. The Service Provider shall provide Grounds maintenance services to seven (7) campuses located in Victoria.
