About this tender
Saleyards Roof - Expression of Interest Council is inviting expressions interest in the purchase and removal of the roof and supporting structure from the former Warrnambool livestock exchange. The dimensions of the structure are 57.4m x 59m x 5m. The structure comprises a galvanised steel supporting structure and galvanised roof with a zinc finish. The structure is on sloping land and has supporting columns of different lengths. Please see engineering and design documents for further details. Removal of the structure is subject to the successful party obtaining a demolition permit from a building surveyor, on behalf of Warrnambool City Council.
