Electronic waste collection & processing services
Tender Overview
About this tender
2026/309 - Electronic Waste Collection & Processing Services Mildura Rural City Council (MRCC)is seeking Tender responses from suitably qualified individuals and organisations to provide the collection, transport, and processing of electronic waste (e-waste) from MRCC’s Mildura and Ouyen transfer station sites. E-waste is defined as any electrical or electronic equipment that has reached end of life, including any item with an electrical cord or a battery. Since 1 July 2019, the Victorian Government has banned all e-waste from landfills, requiring that these items be collected separately and sent for appropriate recycling and resource recovery. Important: This tender does not include white goods (refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, etc.) as Council has an existing arrangement with a local provider for the collection and recycling of these items.
How to respond to this tender
