About this tender
BHS-SP-2027 - 2027 - 32 Strategic Plan and Values Refresh Beechworth Health Service (BHS) is a small rural Victorian health service providing acute, aged care, and community programmes across Indigo Shire and the surrounding region. The current Strategic Plan (2023–2026) will conclude in 2026. BHS will conduct its own review of the current plan to assess achievements, challenges, and lessons learned. Following this review, BHS seeks to engage a suitably qualified consultant to facilitate the development of a new Strategic Plan (2027–2032) and to lead a refresh of the organisation’s values. This work will engage the community, staff, regional partners, and key government stakeholders to ensure the new plan reflects local needs, system directions, and organisational aspirations.
