Overview The City of Port Phillip invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a tender to undertake the civil and landscape works for the Alexandra Street Green Corridor. Scope The scope includes: Conversion of underutilised road reserve into a green corridor Delivery of landscaping works Delivery of streetscape works Delivery of civil infrastructure works Full details of the works and tender requirements, including specifications, drawings and contract conditions, are provided in the Request for Tender (RFT) documentation. Instructions to Tenderers Tenders must be lodged no later than 5:00 pm (AEST) on Monday, 2 November 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted All submissions must be lodged electronically via the City of Port Phillip nominated tender portal, TenderLink Tenderers must ensure that all mandatory schedules and supporting documentation are completed and uploaded in accordance with the RFT requirements Non-conforming tenders may be excluded from further consideration All enquiries regarding this RFT must be submitted via the tender portal online forum The City of Port Phillip reserves the right to amend the RFT, negotiate with tenderers, or not proceed with the award of a contract
