Scope The scope includes: Support for issues relating to software and hardware, provided onsite and remotely Relocation support General Office 365 support, including dedicated SharePoint and OneDrive support Server support, provided onsite and remotely Management of Information Technology support requests and ticketing, with responsiveness to these requests Technical liaison with CenITex as required Contractor Requirements Information Technology specialist with expertise in Apple Macintosh systems Proficiency in MacOS (operating system) environments A deep understanding of Macintosh hardware, software, and peripherals
