Overview Bendigo Kangan Institute (BKI) is seeking to procure a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service to support the mental health of employees and their immediate family members. Scope The scope includes: Provision of confidential short-term counselling services Manager support and consultation Critical incident response Specialist support services, including financial, legal and family violence support Wellbeing education and training Digital wellbeing resources, where offered Reporting and analytics Dedicated account management services Delivery of services to a diverse workforce of approximately 1,500 employees located across metropolitan and regional Victoria, and interstate locations Service delivery via face-to-face, telephone and virtual channels 24/7 access to crisis support and critical incident response capability Enquiries Contact: Lauren Price Email: lprice@bendigotafe.edu.au
