Overview Indigo Shire Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced structural engineering consultant to scope and design a package of remedial works to address several issues on the Boorhaman East Road Bridge (SN6), over Black Dog Creek, approximately 15km west of the Rutherglen township.
