About this tender
Mitchell Shire Council is seeking to engage a Service Provider to deliver valuation, condition, and asset data services that achieve the following outcomes (Mandatory Items): Reliable and consistent building condition data to inform long-term financial planning, budgeting, and 10-year capital works program. Defect survey and maintenance schedule to help mitigate risks, support long-term financial planning, and inform our annual building maintenance program. Accurate and compliant valuation of Council’s land and building assets in accordance with applicable AASB Standards.
