About this tender
Overview Monash City Council (Council) invites tenders in response to this Request for Tender for the provision of Carlson Reserve and Larpent Reserve Sportsground Lighting. Scope The sought services include the following Separable Portions: Separable Portion 1 – Carlson Reserve Sportsground Lighting Removal and disposal of the existing sportsground lighting poles and associated infrastructure, as required Undertaking directional boring works to minimise disturbance and damage to existing site surfaces, services and surrounding areas Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new sportsground lighting in accordance with the applicable design documentation and specification requirements Tenderers must refer to the attached sportsground lighting design documentation for further details and requirements. Separable Portion 2 – Larpent Reserve Sportsground Lighting Undertaking directional boring works to minimise disturbance and damage to existing site surfaces, services and surrounding areas Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new sportsground lighting in accordance with the applicable design documentation and specification requirements Provision and connection of electrical power supply from the new United Energy pit to the site, including all associated works required to support the new sportsground lighting installation Tenderers must refer to the attached sportsground lighting design documentation for further details and requirements. Contract Terms and Conditions The intended period of the contract is as per Contract Annexures Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers are not required to submit a tender for both Separable Portion 1 and Separable Portion 2, and may submit a tender for one or both Separable Portions. Council reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to award both Separable Portions to one tenderer, each Separable Portion to separate tenderers, one Separable Portion only, or no Separable Portion. The award of one Separable Portion does not oblige Council to award any other Separable Portion to the same tenderer. Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held, followed by a site visit. Attendance at both locations is mandatory for prospective tenderers.
