About this tender

Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) are seeking a supplier for cleaning services at all TZV State Emergency Communications Centre locations. The provider will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning services, disinfection and waste disposal at all locations. The core services have been developed by the organisation with the intent to provide all TZV employees with a hygienic workplace. TZV understands the importance of a clean workplace and the relationship between this and the health and safety of their staff and the direct impact this can have on the continuity of service. The cleaning services required include daily cleaning of touchpoint areas, vacuuming, mopping, sanitising, dusting and waste removal across all areas at TZV’s three State Emergency Communications Centres (SECCs), Tally Ho (THO) in Burwood East, Williams Landing (WIL) and Ballarat (BAL). The provider must conduct the core cleaning services in line with the frequency and locations outlined in the specification document. This includes requirements within general and specific areas of the buildings and includes a mixture of regular tasks (daily, weekly and fortnightly), plus more infrequently required tasks (monthly, twice yearly and annual). Also included in the market approach is provisions for emergency unplanned cleaning, touch point cleaning and infectious cleaning. This briefing will contain information that will assist Suppliers prepare their response to the market approach.
