Overview Merri-bek City Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from stallholders to take part in the Coburg Night Market 2026, a three-night summer event to be held at Bridges Reserve, Bell Street, Coburg from Thursday, 17 to Saturday, 19 December 2026, featuring street food, local makers, live music, DJs and pop-up bars. About Coburg Night Market transforms Bridges Reserve into a vibrant summer evening hub where thousands of visitors gather to eat, browse and connect with a diverse mix of food vendors, artists, makers and the local community. Scope The scope includes: Operation of a market stall at Bridges Reserve, Bell Street, Coburg across the three event nights (17 to 19 December 2026) Trading in one of the following stallholder categories: Food and Beverage Stalls, Artisans and Craft Stalls, or Commercial and Merchandise Stalls Eligibility Applications are welcomed from emerging and established First Peoples-led businesses, independent artists, artisans, makers, and food and beverage vendors.
