Overview Colac Otway Shire Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the detailed design and construction of a Bike Park at the Elliminyt Recreation Reserve. Scope The scope includes: Detailed design and construction of a Bike Park at the Elliminyt Recreation Reserve Construction of an asphalt surface pump track Construction of an all-weather surface bike jumps area Instructions to Tenderers Suppliers intending to submit a response should allow sufficient time to upload their submission to the eProcure portal before the close date and time of 2.00pm, as large files may take some time to load Failure to fully upload a submission by the close time will result in being locked out of the portal Late submissions will not be accepted unless it can be proven that exceptional circumstances prevented the timely upload of the response
