About this tender
Wyndham City Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to establish a Panel of Contractors to deliver Building Asset Renewal Works under a Deed of Standing Offer (DSO). The Panel will be used to engage contractors on an as-needed basis to undertake renewal, refurbishment, replacement, and upgrade works across Councils building asset portfolio as outlined in this Part 4 – Tender Specifications. The establishment of the Panel does not guarantee any minimum volume or value of work. The panel will support Councils ongoing commitment for building asset renewal. Wyndham City Council has developed this standardised Specification for the provision of required services that defines the obligations of the Contractor in performing the Services. It also sets out responsibilities and commitments of both parties to deliver service excellence, the Services to be provided, the measurements that will be used to assess the Contractors performance, the reporting requirements and the governance framework for the Contract.
