About this tender

Overview Maroondah City Council is inviting expressions of interest from experienced caterers and café operators for the tenancy of the Conservatory Café at Wyreena Community Arts Centre in Croydon. About Wyreena Community Arts Centre is a historical property in Melbourne's eastern suburb of Croydon. The facility is owned and operated by the City of Maroondah and is set on four acres of gardens, featuring a popular Playspace, Café, Arts Lounge exhibition space, art classes, spaces for hire, and outdoor markets and events. The Café adjoins the Arts Lounge exhibition space and reception area of the main building and is in close proximity to the Playspace. Wyreena has been operating for almost 50 years and attracts over 80,000 visitors annually, from Maroondah and across Melbourne. The Conservatory Café was built in the late 1990s and is currently being rebuilt, with renewal works expected to be completed later in 2026.
