About this tender

Overview The City of Whittlesea is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to construct shared paths and links, together with all associated works, between Centenary Drive and McDonalds Road, Mill Park, along Yan Yean Pipe Track. Scope The works include, but are not limited to, the construction of Stages 5 and 6. The scope includes: Construction of a 3-metre-wide concrete shared path between Centenary Drive and McDonalds Road, Mill Park, along Yan Yean Pipe Trail Construction of various 2.5-metre link paths Construction of a 3-metre-wide shared path link to Centenary Park Playground in Centenary Drive and Yan Yean Pipe Trail Other associated works, including general landscaping, line marking and signage Site Inspection All prospective tenderers are invited to attend a pre-tender site inspection. Tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend.
