Overview The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (VIC) is seeking a suitably qualified supplier to deliver construction retrofit works to an existing Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) property at 26 Rankin Rd, Hastings. Scope The scope includes: Construction of retrofit works to an existing SDA home Uplifting the existing SDA home to new, contemporary standards to achieve the NDIA High Physical Support design category This ATN is for construction works only. No other services are being sought through this process.
