Overview The Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA Roads) is seeking to understand the market for a Contract Claims Management System or comparable solution to support the end-to-end payment claim and invoice processing lifecycle across roads infrastructure projects. Purpose Current processes involve manual reviews, spreadsheets, email communication and information held across multiple systems, creating duplication, administrative effort and challenges in maintaining transparency, consistency and auditability.
