About this tender
Austin Health currently undertakes decentralised contract management and tracking of supplier performance without a platform or system to assist in this data collation and ongoing contract management. Contract administration is managed by Austin Health’s Legal Office, and this includes execution and storage of contracts but not their ongoing management. This is done using Consensus software from Barhead. Contract related spend is tracked by Austin Health’s Finance Department against a vendor rather than against a specific contract. Austin Health use Oracle Fusion for financial management including this tracking of spend. Austin Health is looking for a contract management solution and/or solution for tracking of supplier performance that captures data in real time to track supplier performance against KPIs and other contractual obligations. Although not critical, it would also be beneficial to be able to track ongoing spend against a particular contract and ideally, this would be fully integrated in Austin Health’s finance system Oracle Fusion.
