Celebrating Christmas in the City of Melton Artist Fee: $4,000 + GST About: Melton City Council invites skilled artists to create an engaging and inclusive graphic artwork that will be reproduced as a digital print for large-scale external windows at CS Gallery in Caroline Springs. The design will be on display throughout the Christmas season and should reflect the theme ‘Celebrating Christmas in the City of Melton’. The work will be printed and installed at no cost to the artist, using Council suppliers. When: The window design will be on display from end of November 2026 until January 2027.
