The City of Whittlesea administers a range of development and infrastructure contributions (collectively referred to as Infrastructure Contributions) that support the planning, funding, delivery and governance of essential community infrastructure within one of Australia's fastest-growing municipalities. The proposed solution should support the end-to-end management of Infrastructure Contributions, including financial administration, contribution collection, expenditure tracking, infrastructure delivery monitoring, reporting, governance and stakeholder engagement. Council is seeking a contemporary, scalable and future-ready platform that reduces reliance on manual processes, supports evolving legislative and business requirements, and enables improved decision-making through enhanced data management, integration and reporting capabilities.
