Scope The scope includes: Design and construction of the Broadford Res No. 3 Pump Station Design and construction of the Clonbinane Road Booster Pump Station Construction of the Broadford Res No. 3 inlet upgrade works Contractor Requirements All Goulburn Valley Water contractors tendering for work with a total value of $100,000 or more must hold a third party certified safety system, for example AS/NZS 4801:2001 Tender Briefing and Site Inspection A compulsory site inspection with representatives of the Corporation is required. Location: GVW Broadford WTP (Water Trust Road, Broadford), followed by a site visit to Clonbinane Rd Pump Station Date and Time: 4th August 2026, 10:00am to 12:00pm Attendance must be registered by emailing pravanjanb@gvwater.vic.gov.au by Monday 3rd August, 3:00pm. Goulburn Valley Water requires all contractors visiting GVW sites to wear long sleeve shirts, long trousers, a hat, a high visibility vest or similar, and foot protection. Instructions to Tenderers Questions must be submitted via the Forum quoting RFT number 19/5813/25. The closing date and time for questions is 25th August 2026, 12:00pm.
