Dingley Baseball Dug Out Renewal

Overview The City of Kingston is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor to upgrade the existing dug outs and associated infrastructure at the baseball diamonds within Rowan Road Reserve, Dingley. Scope The scope includes: Demolition of existing dug out facilities Installation of new dug outs with tiered seating and synthetic grass Construction of new footings and fencing Installation of high safety netting Electrical works to the scorers box Site reinstatement Provision of all required permits, warranties and as-built documentation Site Inspection Tenderers must attend one of the two mandatory site inspection sessions scheduled as part of this tender process. Attendance at a site inspection is a mandatory requirement of participation. Failure to attend one of the nominated inspections will result in the tender being deemed non-conforming and excluded from further evaluation. Instructions to Tenderers Submissions must be lodged prior to the nominated tender closing date and time Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances All clarification questions must be submitted no later than four (4) days prior to the RFQ closing date
