About this tender
Overview The Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) is seeking submissions from specialist Creative and Design Services suppliers to form a new panel that can be called upon by the DTP Brand and Marketing Studio (the Studio) to provide specialised creative and design services. About The Studio provides innovative graphic design solutions and supports all areas of DTP with their design and production needs. In 2021, DTP issued a tender for Creative Services (DOT0560) and created a panel of providers to address this ongoing requirement for design services. Members of that panel are called upon when required to respond to proposals from the Studio to assist with completing projects and other requirements. Purpose DTP is now seeking to refresh the panel established under the 2021 Creative Services tender (DOT0560) by inviting submissions to form a new (replacement) panel of specialist Creative and Design Services suppliers. Scope The scope includes: Provision of specialist creative and design services to the Studio when called upon Responding to proposals from the Studio for assistance to complete projects and other requirements Contract Terms and Conditions Initial term of 3 years Option to extend for an additional 12-month period at DTP's discretion A further additional 12-month period may be added to the term of the contract following the first extension Enquiries Contact: Patrick Alewood Email: Patrick.alewood@transport.vic.gov.au
