Overview Swan Hill Rural City Council invites expressions of interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified and experienced café/food outlet operators to enter into a lease agreement for the operation of the Catalina Museum Cafe, located in Lake Boga, Victoria. This is an opportunity for a motivated operator to establish a high-quality café that offers a welcoming space for both visitors and locals to connect, relax, and enjoy quality food and coffee. About Lake Boga is a popular holiday spot with a picturesque 940 hectare lake, situated 16 kilometres southeast of Swan Hill. The town is known for attracting visitors for activities such as swimming, fishing and water sports. The premises known as the Catalina Museum Café were built in 2018 as a joint project between the Lake Boga Lions Club and Swan Hill Rural City Council to enhance the Catalina Flying Boat Museum, and are located at Willakool Drive, Lake Boga. Since 2018, the Café has operated periodically to cater to the local community and Lake Boga visitors.
