About this tender
Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) is undertaking a major organisational and technology transformation to modernise its critical emergency communications capability. A key component of this program is the replacement of its legacy Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD 9.4) platform with the OnCall Next Generation CAD (NGC) system. In parallel, TZV is enhancing its cybersecurity capabilities to support a modern, resilient, and secure operational environment. As part of this transformation, TZV intends to procure a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution, together with the associated implementation services, to provide secure management, monitoring, and governance of privileged access across the NGC ecosystem and the broader TZV ICT environment. The solution is expected to strengthen TZV's cybersecurity posture and support alignment with recognised security frameworks and best practices, including the Essential Eight and Zero Trust security principles.
