Scope The scope includes: Independent assessment of the indoor and outdoor learning environments at the Carrum, Edithvale and Parkdale Family and Children's Centres Evaluation of the quality, functionality, presentation and educational value of each environment against contemporary early childhood education and care best practice, sector trends and community expectations Assessment of how each environment supports children's learning, development, wellbeing, inclusion, creativity, independence and play, extending beyond a traditional building condition review Identification of opportunities to improve the overall customer experience for children, families and educators, including enhancements to learning spaces, outdoor play environments, furniture, fixtures, educational resources and the general presentation of each centre Contractor Requirements Experience undertaking independent assessments of early childhood education and care environments Instructions to Tenderers Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances All clarification questions must be submitted no later than four (4) days prior to the RFQ closing date All tender-related queries must be submitted via the online forum
