Overview The City of Kingston is seeking a Security Contractor to deliver on-site festival security, overnight security and asset protection, and vehicle access management for its major events, Spring Fair, Carols by Kingston, and Mordi Fest. Scope The scope includes: On-site festival security for Spring Fair, Carols by Kingston, and Mordi Fest Overnight security and asset protection at these events Vehicle access management at these events Instructions to Tenderers Submissions must be lodged prior to the nominated tender closing date and time, allowing enough time for lodgement, as late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances All RFQ clarification questions must be submitted no later than two (2) days prior to the tender closing date All RFQ related queries must be submitted via the online forum
