About this tender
Overview Melbourne Arts Precinct Corporation (MAP Co) is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of Fire Maintenance Services. This RFT is being issued concurrently with a separate Request for Tender for Electrical Maintenance Services. While submissions will be evaluated independently, MAP Co encourages respondents with the capability to deliver both services to consider submitting proposals for both contracts. Scope Provision of Fire Maintenance Services Tender Briefing and Site Inspection Mandatory Site Briefing (First Round Shortlisting) Date: 18 September 2026 Time: 09:00 am Location: Corner Swanston and Flinders St, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 3000 Status: Mandatory This is a mandatory site briefing and tour at the Fed Square site for shortlisted suppliers. Suppliers will be contacted if required to attend. A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid, and attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid. Registration closes on 16 September 2026 11:50 pm.
