Overview Mildura Rural City Council is seeking tender responses from suitably qualified contractors to undertake civil construction works associated with the Footpath Program - Merbein - Commercial Street project. Scope The scope includes: Demolition of existing pram ramps Site preparation Construction of reinforced concrete footpaths Construction of new pram ramps complete with Tactile Ground Surface Indicators (TGSI) Landscaping and reinstatement works Post-project site clean-up Works are to be carried out in accordance with the Contract Specifications and Drawings. Site Inspection A site inspection with Council is available on request via the online forum. Inspections are recommended but not mandatory. Instructions to Tenderers Completed responses can only be submitted electronically by uploading into the System Respondents will receive a confirmation email upon completion of submission Submissions must be fully received by the closing time, as late submissions will not be accepted Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of a tender, and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit All responses must be made by online submission; responses made by any other means, including open email, facsimile, post, or in person, will not be considered Enquiries Any tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum.
