Overview Campaspe Shire Council is seeking a contractor to demolish an existing tin rear shed and supply and install a new structure or building in its current location, abutting the Council's Foundry Art Space. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Demolition of the existing tin rear shed Supply and installation of a new structure or building in the current location, abutting the Foundry Art Space Repurposing of the existing tin shed adjacent to the Foundry into a functional space to run community workshops Dividing the current Foundry art space into two areas, including a clean area to facilitate art classes and present small pop-up exhibitions Creating a storage and "dirty" area for messy art classes, such as pottery, and storage of materials
