About this tender
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified suppliers to upgrade Garryowen Reserve. The overall purpose of the project of Garryowen Reserve Upgrade is to meet the needs of the existing population living and working in the northern parts of the sub-precinct, along with the increased levels of use from the forecast population in that area. The concept proposes new play equipment, furniture, barbeque and as well as new irrigation and improving the existing garden bed areas. The project has been designed by Urban Initiative landscape architects in conjunction with Council staff. The project construction is planned for 2026/27 and is to be completed by 31 May 2027, in accordance with Council’s adopted annual budget.
