Overview Glen Eira City Council is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced registered aged care providers to continue to operate Warrawee Community, Council's approved residential care home located in Bentleigh East, under either a lease or sale arrangement. Purpose The purpose of this EOI is to: Provide sufficient details to enable respondents to submit an informed proposal Identify a shortlist of providers with the demonstrated capability, experience and financial capacity to operate Warrawee Community as a going concern residential care home under either a lease or sale arrangement Allow Council to consider all relevant issues concerning the proposal to transition Warrawee Community to a suitable registered aged care provider Contractor Requirements Respondents must be registered aged care providers Respondents must be suitably qualified and experienced Respondents must demonstrate capability, experience and financial capacity to operate Warrawee Community as a going concern residential care home under either a lease or sale arrangement Instructions to Tenderers It is anticipated that shortlisted respondents will be invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Tender (RFT) process.
