About this tender
This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) is seeking to engage a head contractor for construction services and on-site construction management for an office fit-out project in the Mallee region of Victoria, via selective tender. Scope The scope includes but is not limited to: Management and coordination of several work packages and their respective sub-contractors (some nominated by VLA), including joinery, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, security, and audio visual Management of on-site day to day operations such as site supervision, health and safety, and related matters Procurement of required building materials Ensuring construction milestones and key deliverables are delivered on time in line with the program Management of quality assurance and ensuring the project's functional requirements and performance specifications are achieved Enquiries Contact: Dan Murray Email: dan.murray@vla.vic.gov.au
