About this tender
Overview Wyndham City Council is inviting tender submissions from suitably qualified and duly experienced service providers to deliver high-quality printing services, including offset and digital printing, prepress services and coordination with postal providers. About Wyndham is a large municipality located 30km to the west of Melbourne CBD. The region is one of Australia's fastest growing, with a population of 363,747 residents forecast to grow to almost 500,000 by 2046. Scope The scope includes: Provision of offset and digital printing services Provision of prepress services Coordination with postal providers Production of programs, brochures, publications, postcards, posters, stickers and other printed materials as required by Council Delivery of printing services predominantly on an on-demand basis, with a limited number of key publications produced on a regular and scheduled basis Collaborative and responsive service delivery with Council, including timely quotations, advice on appropriate printing methods and technical advice Capacity to accommodate urgent requirements where practicable Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and duly experienced in the provision of printing services Contract Terms and Conditions Council intends to appoint a Service Provider for an initial three-year term, with a one-year extension option Instructions to Tenderers The Tender package is available for download via the tendering portal.
