Overview Frankston City Council is seeking a qualified mechanical services contractor to act as Head Contractor for mechanical electrification works at the Frankston Arts Centre and the Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre. Purpose The purpose of the Contract is to engage a qualified mechanical services contractor as Head Contractor to undertake mechanical electrification works in strict accordance with the Contract Documents.
