What the buyer is requesting Details This request for tender is for the design and construction of the Hurstbridge Dog Park to prioritise safety, functionality and enjoyment for both dogs and their owners. Council has prepared a concept design and carried out community consultation. The successful tenderer will be required to prepare a detailed design and deliver on the following scope: • Develop the detailed design in accordance with Attachment 1 – Hurstbridge Dog Park Upgrade Concept Plan. • Revise and update the detailed design in response to Council’s access consultant’s report and Council requirements until all relevant stakeholder approvals are obtained. • Construct the Hurstbridge Dog Park in accordance with the approved final design. • Provide and maintain Tree Protection Zones (TPZ) throughout the construction period. • To avoid significant ground disturbance, the total length of all new footpath must not exceed 500 meters.
