About this tender

The Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors to construct the refurbishment and extension of James Reserve Pavilion, 32 James St, Heidelberg Heights, 3081. The project's objective is to refurbish and extend the existing pavilion, to allow for female friendly changerooms. The scope of works generally includes but is not limited to construction activities involving: • Mobilisation and site establishment. • Set out of works. • All works as per design drawings and specification. • Ensuring the works are undertaken safely and in accordance with all Council and statutory safety requirements. • Liaison with authorities as required. • Location and protection of any underground and above-ground services in the works area. • Site clean-up. • O&M Manuals, As Built and handover documentation. In addition to the above, there will be a site visit on Thursday 9th of July at 10am for contractors to assess the site conditions.
