Katunga Recreation Reserve Building Refurbishment

Overview Moira Shire Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced individuals or organisations to renovate and refurbish the kitchen and hall area of the main building at Katunga Recreation Reserve VIC 3640. Scope The scope includes: Extension of the kitchen and hall area Fit-out of a new kitchen Construction of an internal accessible toilet facility Supply and installation of fire services, including a water storage tank, to be completed alongside the building refurbishment Instructions to Tenderers Tender information covering the services is provided in Appendix A - Specification, which will form part of the Contract documents with the successful Tenderer.
