The scope of this procurement is to secure an operator/s to provide a local location for Council's kerbside Mixed Recycling and Glass collection to deposit collected material, and then sort and/or process collected material. If the operator's sorting/processing facility is at the same location the material is deposited, this procurement will include the bulk transport of the material to their sorting/processing facility, which may or may not be locally based.
